OFFICE MANAGER

Responsabilities:

– Manage the sales and rental services of LEAP Sete Rios’ offices and coworking spaces;

– Liaising with office suppliers;

– Manage administrative duties related to the company’s daily activity and business center’s advertising.

Requirements:

– College degree related to business management;

– Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other languages will be a plus;

– Strong communication and sales skills;

– Good social skills.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Responsabilities (while directly reporting to the OFFICE MANAGER):

– Carry out administrative duties related to the company’s daily activity, according to pre- established procedures;

– Develop and maintain a documentation filing system;

– Receive, sort and distribute the mail by clients;

– Deal with the preparation and filling of the documentation required in the daily business activity;

– Answer and direct phone calls.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent;

– Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other languages will be a plus;

– Good social skills.
